We hit two major milestones in just a few short hours. Tomorrow will mark the beginning of the 29th week and the start of a new month! With March coming, we feel that it is a big step. Now, only April stands between us and the final few weeks before we welcome our little girl.
This week was much like many of the ones before it. Shelli had good days and bad days. We had a visit to the doctor. However, she was too busy for us. I don't know why she decided to leave and go deliver a baby rather than coming to talk to Shelli and me. Oh well, I guess we can count on her to do the same for us in just a few more weeks.
Outside of the baby business, we have a few things going on. Michael has to travel to Corpus Christi this Friday for a meeting. The great thing about this trip will be that we'll get to fly in the corporate jet down there Friday morning and come back Friday night. Another bit of news has to do with some ticket purchases. We found out this week that Jimmy Buffett is coming to Houston in April. I bought two tickets and will be going!
We'll have another update...hopefully in just a few more days.

Getting Started
Well, Shelli and I have been talking about what would be the best way to share in the growth of our lives in Houston and in our family. The answer that we decided upon is this Blog. The goal will be for one us to, at least once a week, post an update. We'll let you know how our baby girl is growing and what else may be going on for us.
Please email either Shelli (SLBBarrett@yahoo.com) or myself (Mi.Barrett@yahoo.com) with anything that you may have to say.
I wanted to take advantage of this first posting and try to post a picture. Below is a copy of our last ultrasound. It was from just over a week ago (week 26).
